You will receive: three logos for different applications, a beautiful colour palette with HEX codes for easy future reference and typography pairing for your website and business materials.

    Artistically designed & functional for your audience

    You will receive a custom designed Squarespace website (no pre-made template here) of up to 10 pages that is beautiful to behold, easy to use, and functional for your clients. I will create contact forms for visitors and integrate your payment and booking services where applicable. Your website will be responsive and optimised for mobile devices so it always looks great. As a Squarespace Circle member, I can offer you 20% your first annual plan.

    Copywriting assistance + writing template

    I call this method ‘Collaborative Copywriting’ because I meet you where you are at in your writing confidence and capabilities. For those that really want support, each week we will explore the copy for one of your pages using an easy-going Q&A format. This helps me to create a draft of your copy that is reflective of your voice and ideas. You will also receive a helpful writing template to explore on your own. Together, we can do this!

    We want your clients to have a welcoming, professional and high-quality experience from start to finish. I will use your branding to create cohesive business materials of your choice including: a business card, postcard marketing flyer, letterhead which you can use for your client forms and email signature for more polished emails.

    On-page + technical Search Engine Optimisation for your chosen key words

    We will choose key words based on your ideal client to use throughout your site that will help optimise your appearance in search engines such as Google. I dot the i’s and cross the t’s of your On-page and Technical SEO to improve your chances of increased organic traffic.

    Instagram templates + Facebook cover photo for your business

    If you use Instagram or Facebook, I will help you to create on-brand communications for these platforms. You will receive a Facebook cover photo for your business page, as well as up to 6 instagram templates which you will be able to update using Canva.

This co-creative journey also includes:

  • Unlimited email support for the duration of your project.

  • Access to a 60 minute Zoom meeting at the same day/same time for the duration of our time together. This time will be used to review page design and discuss copy.

  • A final 60-90 minute handover meeting where I will show you how to use your Squarespace site and update your Canva templates for social media.

  • A complimentary 60 minute follow-up meeting post-completion so we can discuss any questions that may have come up.

It’s important to me that my services balance value with accessibility.

The investment for this package is $3500 AUD and is paid in two instalments. Payment plans are available.

  • If we decide to move forward after our initial consult, we will discuss the payment agreement and set the date for our first design meeting. You will then receive guidance on how to prepare for this journey, including access to the writing template and prompts to create a Pinterest board.

    Our first design meeting will last up to 90 minutes. We will discuss page structure and your vision for the website. I will then create a Squarespace trial site and begin developing your design.

    In my typical design process, we will then spend each week working on the design and copy of one page from your website, to be reviewed in the following meeting. This is a flexible process and will adapt according to your timeline and how much content you have already prepared for your website.

  • The length of time it takes to complete your project largely depends on a) how many pages will be on your website b) how much you already have prepared for your website (copy and images) and c) the practical and emotional capacity you have for this process at the time.

    I typically spend around 8 weeks with clients that are either overwhelmed by the idea of creating a website and/or are very busy in their lives. If that’s the case for you, I have created a supportive and collaborative approach which moves at a gentle pace.

    If you’re feeling very ready and want a more expedited process, simply reach out to discuss a different timeline.

  • I stagger my projects and work with only a few people at a time to ensure I can give everyone the attention needed. I do not anticipate wait times longer than 3-4 weeks. Prior to our work together, you will receive some guidance on how to prepare for our initial design consultation. You can work through this in the lead up.

  • While I have not had personal experience with web designers, I have heard of a handful of not-so-great experiences. What I can tell you is that I am sincere, patient and highly collaborative. It’s important to me to create a safe and honest working relationship with my clients. I remain receptive to feedback and make it a priority to check in with how you are feeling each step of the way. This package was crafted to be highly supportive for my clients.

    My experience in the wellness space also gives me a level of appreciation and understanding for what you do which other web designers may not have access to.

  • Absolutely! My approach would be to create a new Squarespace website for you, giving you a fresh start. You can continue to use your current domain name and we can even discuss bringing in your current logo and branding if you still love them.

  • The total investment for this service is $3500 AUD. The first instalment of $1750 is due on the date of our first design meeting. The second instalment is due 4 weeks later. If there is a current waitlist, a deposit of $150 AUD will secure your design start date.

  • No, the price is set but you are able to choose as many or as little of the included services based on your needs. In the realm of website design, branding and getting your business started, this is a very affordable package. I encourage you to research other ‘budget’ packages and compare what you receive so that you feel comfortable with this investment.

  • Yes! I’m very happy to discuss this in a free consult with you, or simply use the contact form to get in touch.

  • I want to create a positive experience for us both, so my policy is as follows:

    You will have 2 weeks from the date of our first design meeting to cancel your package. If you decide to do so, you will receive a refund, less $500 AUD. This cost covers my time and the design concept I would have already shared with you. You will not receive any of the logo or vision board files and the Squarespace trial website I started will not be transferred to your ownership.

    In the highly unlikely case that I need to cancel our package for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

  • When it comes to the copywriting, I meet you where you are at. You are welcome to write all of the copy yourself. Or, if you struggle with writing, you may find that this is a great feature for you!

    You will receive a writing template with prompts for each page which you can use to get things down in your own words. We will also spend time in our meetings to discuss the copy for each page in a casual Q&A format. This allows me to get the feel for your own voice and record any ‘golden nuggets’ that you share. I will then use both of these sources to write drafts of your copy which you can edit as you see fit.

  • I will save all of your files to a Google Drive folder which you can access and download everything to your computer. You will have access to this folder for 3 months.

  • Once we have finished creating your website and full payment has been made, I will transfer site ownership to you. In our last meeting I will show you how to update your copy, images and if applicable, your blog. I want to leave you feeling empowered to manage any small changes you need to make to your website. I will continue to be available over email if you need support. Squarespace also has a wonderful customer service team.

    I do offer a free 60 minute follow up meeting which you can book at anytime by reaching out to me.

  • While I do not set up individual booking or payment services such as Acuity, Square, Stripe, etc., I will use information you provide to link them to your website so that your clients can use them.
